LABOR DAY SPECIAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

The oscillation of the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and the Ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA) will be the dominant weather systems to affect the country on Labor Day.
Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over Mindanao while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience warm and humid weather condition apart from afternoon or evening rainshowers and thunderstorms.
