This training is conducted to welcome new employees and acquaint them with the Agency’s mandate and functions, administrative policies, and protocols and promote gender-responsiveness. Additionally, PSEA aims to educate government employees about the norms and standards of public officials and employees in order for them to deliver a more ethical and accountable performance before their superiors and the public.
